Mayfair College has three fully equipped campuses conveniently located in and around the Brisbane CBD, including the main campus at Queen Street Mall. A fully equipped Commercial Training Kitchen is just a short 30 minute drive from the CBD & Mantle Group restaurants, where vocational placements occur, are also in the Brisbane CBD and outer suburbs. Public transport is easily accessible between campuses and vocational placement venues.
The hospitality industry involves many facets of customer service, extending beyond greeting customers and serving meals and beverages to include operations, business management, training, marketing, communications, and human resources. People in the industry have a genuine passion for providing quality service.

Godfrey Mantle leads a portfolio of businesses in property, education, development, hospitality, and agriculture. His leadership is reflected in his ability to hire and nurture exceptional management teams long-term. Godfrey maintains close relationships with key personnel to ensure adherence to guiding principles while promoting innovation and persistence in business growth.
Formally trained in Europe with 43 years’ experience, Alison holds qualifications in culinary cuisine, patisserie, confectionery, and education and has owned restaurants, catering companies and received awards in culinary excellence. Alison has been teaching culinary arts for 30 years; both part-time and full-time, while managing her businesses. Additionally, Alison designs and facilitates all in-house courses and onboarding for Mantle Group Hospitality.
With over 25 years’ experience in hospitality, Angela oversees strategic marketing, communications, and positioning for Mantle Group’s divisions: hospitality, property, education, and agriculture. She excels in brand development, digital strategy, strategic planning, stakeholder relations, and media engagement across private and nonprofit sectors.
